In 1969 I visited Lacona. I had lived there as a kid before moving to Cocoli.
The only thing still standing were the concrete post and slabs. The house to the left of the VW was where I lived. At the
other end was the firehouse in this 12-family tropical. The tree still standing use to provide us little kids a lot of squirters.
Below is a close up view of these squirters.
In Lacona I was into comic books, coloring books and making small cars out of
old empty Panama Canal Match boxes.
